This exercise activates and opens hips, and stimulates ovaries

Nothing in the world is softer and weaker than water; But, for attacking the hard and strong,
there is nothing like it!
For nothing can take its place.

That the weak overcomes the strong, and the soft overcomes the hard, This is something known by all, but
Practiced by none.

Tao Te Ching, Chapter 78

The philosophy and teachings of Kung Fu has three major tenets: compassion, humility, and moderation. It is by cultivating these qualities within ourselves that we become strong, so that way we

can face life’s many trials and tribulations with courage and trust in ourselves.

The most powerful and successful warriors all have a calm center, a quiet mind, and a kind and loving heart. We learn about ourselves and the world through study, observation, and experience. This study, when it’s lessons are applied, becomes an art. In all art forms, students of the craft learn and study the most skillful way to express themselves. Through efficient and consistent performance, by delving into our art, we discover principles that relate to our performance, and in a grander scheme, to life itself.

This exercise allows us to play with the balance of strength and humility, which are equally important, for the most skilled and knowledgeable of us know that regardless of how accomplished we become, our learning is never over. We must be humble, kind, and loving to others, knowing that it comes from the powerful position of having unconditional love for ourselves.

Technique:

Sit directly on your sitbones with the soles of your feet touching, clasping the soles of your feet with your hands. Breathe in, squeezing your yoni egg upwards towards your cervix, as you lengthen your spine upward.

Imagine being pulled in two directions, with your pelvis sinking into the floor, while your spine (and your egg) are being pulled upwards toward the ceiling.

Keeping your back straight, slowly lean forward from your hips until you feel a comfortable stretch. Imagine that one day, your navel will be able to touch your feet. Hold the stretch for several moments, breathing in deeply, sending love and healing energy down towards your vagina. Very slowly, and with control, come out of the posture.
