Yoni eggin’ and writing. Like peas and carrots. Four reasons why you need to do this.

One: The yoni egg practice—when used as a tool for healing—has the tendency to unearth uncomfortable truth, buried deep in the subconscious mind. All forms of meditation do this, but the yoni egg practice is especially effective at uncovering these dubious treasures. This is the hard part of transformation, the part nobody really understands until they’ve gone through it. You will have a lot of questions, and you will receive a lot of answers. It’s good to write it all down. There is something about expressing yourself in this way, after meditation, and with pen to paper, that skyrockets your spiritual and creative growth.

Two: When you practice, you will come up with really good ideas. A lot of them! Your sexual energy is your creative energy. And so, when you use yoni eggs to increase your sexual energy, your creative energy also increases, and your brain lights up like a Christmas tree. These post-meditative ideas are dream-like and ephemeral. There are here, and then, they are gone. To catch them, write them down.

Three: It’s good to practice talking to yourself kindly. When you write or journal, it is like having a conversation with yourself, where you both speak and listen. It’s a good way to make better friends with yourself.

Four: Gauge your progress. If you have any doubts about whether your practice is working on an emotional or spiritual level, all you need to do is write after you practice. After a couple weeks of doing this consistently, go back and read from the beginning. You will be amazed at how your internal monologue will change from this one action alone.
