Your outlook and vibration is the most valuable thing you have, so you need to protect it.

 

A positive/high vibration means you are feeling healthy, up-beat, and enthusiastic about the future. The thoughts you have nourish action and creativity. You want to interact with your environment. You are receptive to new opportunities. You feel gratitude for your reality, and believe in your ability to co-create it. Having a negative/low vibration means you are low-energy, depressed or anxious, and your thoughts are usually critical of yourself and the world around you.

 

One of the unexpected side effects of raising your vibration is that it becomes difficult to communicate with certain people where it was once effortless. Sometimes, people will think that your new positive mindset is a front, and will do their best to bring you down to their level. Don’t be mad. They have no idea what they are doing. But, do be aware! You may find that after spending time with someone like this, you switch from excited to bored, from positive to negative, from encouraging to critical.

 

Negative speech is the number one way we bring each other down. If you have friends or family members who gossip excessively, complain, pick fights, or criticize, make sure that you doing what you can to protect your vibration. Maybe this means creating a little distance, limiting the time you spend with them. Give them the opportunity to be positive with you, but if they are uninterested, make sure that their influence isn’t detrimental to your own energy and vibration.

 

Be aware of your vibration, and have a repertoire of pussy ninja moves to raise it. The yoni egg practice is a phenomenal way to do this. If necessary, change things in your environment, nourish yourself with something green, breathe deeply.
